2. Were there any changes (hardware or software) made to the computer prior to the issue?

Method1: Make sure the Bluetooth Support service is started and set to automatic.

a:Press Windows key + X.

b: Then click Run

c: Then type Services.msc in the run dialog box and hit enter.

d: Now look for a service called Bluetooth Support service

e: Make sure it is set to Automatic and started.

f:Click Apply and then ok.
