Ok so I got a demo HP 2133 Laptop if that0019s what you want to call it. Any way it had windows Vista on it. But we will be using XP I hooked up an external USB CD rom drive it boots from the XP CD starts the install every things seams to work find it copies over the files from CD to hard drive. But after rebooting I get a blue screen of deth saying this vendor dose not support ACPI. I though maybe I need to specify a controller driver for XP but I can0019t seam to find the driver for it. Has any one had luck installing XP on one before and if so can you explain how to or lead me in the right direction.
